Like you. I have experienced doubters/blockers of putting together a strategy. And in the consultancy environment clients are not unknown to ask why do we have to pay for a strategy when we just want the &#039;doing&#039;/results?

An implication of some of your points is having the strategy and activity driven by business objectives. We need to do that to prove our worth and help the business. But, of course, we always need to bear in mind the needs and wants of our vampiric stakeholders and bow-and-arrowed target audiences...</description>
